Dialogical System Design and it's application in different areas is a craft, and thus learnt through practice. The process is less about prior knowledge and more about consistent dedication, questioning and observation.

However, some people benefit from company at certain stages of their learning and - if not confused with instruction - brief moments of formal learning can help some bridge this gap.

This normally takes two forms: apprenticeship and public learning events.
